DK Valet Workforce Pilot
Pilot terms of use
Effective August 8, 2026
These terms apply to the limited DK Valet workforce-tracking pilot. They are an operational pilot notice, not final counsel-approved production terms.
Authorized pilot use
Use is limited to people authorized by DK Valet and to their assigned organizations and properties. Keep credentials private, use accurate pilot information, and notify DK Valet Operations if a device or account may be compromised. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another user, interfere with service, or use pilot data for an unauthorized purpose.
Tracking and device expectations
Tracking may start only through a server-authorized transition for an active assigned shift and must stop when authorization ends or an effective cutoff applies. Do not attempt to collect routine off-shift location. Users should follow device-safety rules, respond truthfully to permission prompts, and report permission, battery, connectivity, or storage problems shown by tracking health.
Limits of location evidence
Maps, paths, geofences, and device readings are operational pilot aids—not land surveys, emergency systems, or proof of an exact indoor unit or floor. Accuracy and availability vary by device, operating system, surroundings, permissions, battery behavior, and network conditions. Unknown or degraded is a valid result.
Property setup
Supervisors must place property boundaries and checkpoints only for an authorized property and should verify them against conditions on site. A geofence authorizes a workflow boundary; it does not establish legal property lines. Ground-truth unit or checkpoint data exists only when an authorized tester explicitly records it while physically present.
Google Maps Platform
Address suggestions and map imagery use Google Maps Platform and are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Serviceand the Google Terms of Service. Google attribution must remain visible where it is supplied.
Pilot scope and availability
This pilot includes property-scoped scheduling and supervisor review tools. It does not make payroll, attendance, discipline, bonus, or other employment decisions; automatically reassign coverage; implement autonomous scheduling; use AI recognition; continuously record audio or video; or make indoor-positioning conclusions. Features may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn while DK Valet evaluates security, privacy, reliability, and field results. Do not rely on the pilot as the only way to complete a time-sensitive or safety-critical task.
